Larson's Volvo Repair was originally founded by Dan Larson in 1989 where he specialized in servicing rear wheel drive Volvo's.
In January of 2016, Dave and Peter took ownership of Larson's and they now offer a full-service repair facility specializing in Volvo's that span all years and models.
With a combined 63 years of experience, Dave and Peter care about quality and attention to detail. They work closely with their clients to ensure their vehicles are safely back on the road, while keeping repair costs in mind.
At Larson's, we pride ourselves on providing the quality you would expect from the dealership, but with a more personal and friendly atmosphere. Feel free to stop by or call us @ (206) 729-6196 with any questions, concerns, or performance issues.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. My curiosity for how things worked began at a young age, so it was no surprise when I found myself drawn to industrial arts in high school. I'd found my passion for fixing things! I enjoyed the challenge of diagnosing and finding solutions for all things broken, which led me to start professionally fixing cars in 1974. Along with my 40+ years of auto service experience, I spent several years in factory Volvo training. Some of my favorite pastimes include flying remote controlled planes and helicopters, as well as being out on the water.
Also born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, my first encounter with mechanics was around the age of 2 and from then on, automobiles have been one of my main interests. Starting with assisting my dad with family auto projects and then eventually studying auto repair at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. After graduating, I worked in both dealerships and independent auto shops, where I polished my repair skills and gained valuable experience in management running the office. Outside of Larson's, I enjoy working on classic cars and spending time with my newly expanded family.
